The machine has a simple structure in, it’s easy in installation and maintaining. It adopts advanced brand components in pneumatic parts, electric parts and operation parts. It also connects easily with the conveyor belt to be directly inline with the production machine.

With features like direct connection with production line, fully automatic feeding-alignment-orienting-distributing-packing all in one-line, multi-variable frequency speed control and colored touch screen it is the most advanced machine in its domain.

The protein bar packaging process involves a feeding conveyor that feeds the energy bar that comes out from the production machine. The bars line up neatly and pass-through various channels to the initial packaging processes like sorting and finally into the packaging machine that sends the final product to the output feeder.

The bars reach the double-station receiving system that collects them in form of 18 small strips divided in to three piles. These piles are pushed to the cartooning machine and packed into the box. The box is then folded and glued to form the final shape.

The machine’s production process starts with cutting the raw materials followed by processing the raw material and adding the electrical connections. In the end the machine is assembled and tested to detect any faults. The machine is then packaged to transport.
